We will only send you marketing emails if you have previously expressly confirmed that you want us to activate this service. The data collected will only be used to receive our marketing emails. This data will not be shared with third parties. The mailing software used is Sendinblue (formerly Newsletter2Go), a tool of Sendinblue GmbH based in Berlin. Sendinblue processes the data you provide when registering for the newsletter in accordance with the order processing agreement concluded with us. - Conversion tracking features
The Google Ads are delivered via the so-called Ads server of Google. In the process, ad server cookies are set for conversion tracking, which enable measurement of the frequency with which the ads are displayed or the click behavior of users on the ads. PostHog – Product Analytics in CIM Database Cloud SaaS Instances
For the purpose of enhancing product functionality and optimizing user experience within our SaaS software (CIM Database Cloud), we employ the product analytics tool PostHog. This tool generates software usage profiles based on pseudonyms. To accomplish this, permanent cookies are stored on your device and retrieved by our tool. Additionally, we may collect identifiers for your browser or device (such as a browser fingerprint or your unshortened IP address). This enables us to recognize and count recurring visitors.
Furthermore, as part of usage measurement, we leverage the following features:
- Enriching pseudonymous data with additional insights provided by PostHog, such as user interactions with our SaaS software.
- Employing a recognition method to capture and analyze the mouse movements of our SaaS software users.
We use the PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in Frankfurt.
Data processing is contingent upon your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR, provided within the privacy settings of your SaaS instance. In the context of utilizing the tool, PostHog Inc., located at 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data processing may also occur outside the EU or the EEA (particularly in the USA). SalesViewer®
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.
In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing).
